It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 15-7.2 of the General Laws entitled "Passive Voluntary Adoption |
2 | Mutual Consent Registry Act" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 15-7.2-16. Public information. |
4 | The Rhode Island department of health shall provide the public with information |
5 | regarding the registry, including a link to the information posted by the court, on its website and |
6 | in the division of vital records defined in chapter 3 of title 23. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
