It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. The department of environmental management, forthwith upon passage of |
2 | this act, shall install moorings in Goddard State Park where moorings were previously located |
3 | near the Warwick Blueways Trails. |
4 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
