It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 31-3 of the General Laws entitled "Registration of Vehicles" is |
2 | hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 31-3-121. Emergency management director emeritus -- Thomas F. Senerchia. |
4 | The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a |
5 | special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicle of former West Warwick |
6 | emergency management director Thomas F. Senerchia. This plate is to bear the identification |
7 | "Emergency Management Director Emeritus" along with the number "38" and the plate shall be |
8 | furnished without additional registration charge for such period of time as Thomas F. Senerchia |
9 | so desires. |
10 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
