It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee |
2 | on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby |
3 | amended by adding thereto the following section: |
4 | 22-7.4-140. Bernard "Bernie" Frezza, Jr. Junction. |
5 | The intersection of Hartford Avenue and Reservoir Avenue in the town of Johnston shall |
6 | be named in honor of Bernard "Bernie" Frezza, Jr. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
