RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, James |
2 | Frank Duryea, II, may join Katherine Harris Adams and Edward Joseph Donovan, Jr., in marriage |
3 | within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about September 28, 2019. James Frank Duryea, |
4 | II, is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and |
5 | in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
