	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, William
2	F. Dougherty, Esq., may join Ashley A. Morris and Andrew P. Flaherty in marriage within the
3	Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about August 23, 2019. William F. Dougherty, Esq.,
4	is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
