1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 302
2	passed by Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved June 12, 2018, entitled "Senate
3	Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Conduct a Comprehensive Review and
4	Make Recommendations Regarding the Appropriate State Agency to House Adult Education" is
5	hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before March 3,
6	2020, and said commission shall expire on June 3, 2020; and be it further
7	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 302 passed by the
8	Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved June 12, 2018, be and the same is hereby
9	rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to conduct a comprehensive review and make recommendations regarding the
3	appropriate state agency to house adult education from March 1, 2019, to March 3, 2020, and said
4	commission would expire on June 3, 2020.
