It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 157 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
2 | to Criminal Offenses - Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification" is hereby |
3 | amended to read as follows: |
4 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2019 2020, and shall apply to all |
5 | persons who have been convicted of an offense that required or will require registration as |
6 | provided by this act. |
7 | SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 259 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
8 | to Criminal Offenses - Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification" is hereby |
9 | amended to read as follows: |
10 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2019 2020, and shall apply to all |
11 | persons who have been convicted of an offense that required or will require registration as |
12 | provided by this act. |
13 | SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
