It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 47-12-2 of the General Laws in Chapter 47-12 entitled "Firewood |
2 | and Charcoal" is hereby repealed. |
3 | 47-12-2. Cording fees. |
4 | Every person chosen by a town to be a corder of wood shall receive for cording and |
5 | measuring not exceeding twelve cents (12ยข) per cord, to be paid by the purchaser of the wood. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
