It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Act entitled "An Act to Incorporate the "Memorial and |
2 | Library Association of Westerly," passed by the general assembly at the special October Session, |
3 | A.D. 1892, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: |
4 | "Sec. 2. Said corporation may take, hold, transmit, and convey real and personal estate to |
5 | an amount not exceeding sixty-five million dollars ($65,000,000)." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
