     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 303

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved June 12, 2018, entitled

"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study Potential Reform of

4

Vicious Dogs Hearings" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Rhode

5

Island Senate on or before March 1, 2020, and said commission shall expire on July 1, 2020; and

6

be it further

7

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 303 passed by the

8

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved June 12, 2018, be and the same is hereby

9

rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates for the commission to

study potential reform of vicious dogs' hearings, from March 1, 2019, to March 1, 2020, and

3

would expire on July 1, 2020.
