RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Tina L. |
2 | Spears may join Reign Spears and Brent Dunn in marriage within the Town of Charlestown, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about August 10, 2019. Tina L. Spears is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 |
5 | of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
