EXTENDING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF JEFFREY R. HENAULT | |

1 | WHEREAS, It is with utmost sadness that this Senate has learned of the untimely passing |
2 | of Jeffrey R. Henault, the beloved husband of Andrea Henault, and the cherished father of |
3 | Salvatore and Ava Marie; and |
4 | WHEREAS, Born in Milford, Massachusetts, Mr. Henault was the devoted son of Ronald |
5 | and Constance Henault, the brother of Timothy Henault and his wife, Holly, and the uncle of |
6 | Jillian, Hailey, Kayla, Madison and TJ. He is also survived by and had a wonderful relationship |
7 | with his in-laws, Joseph and Pamela Butera, and his sister-in-law, Donna Butera; and |
8 | WHEREAS, A graduate of Woonsocket High School, Mr. Henault had served our |
9 | country with honor and pride in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 through 2002; and |
10 | WHEREAS, Mr. Henault's fourteen years of dedicated service to his community as a |
11 | firefighter for the Woonsocket Fire Department is wholeheartedly commendable, but it was only |
12 | one small portion of a life that included a panoply of service to others. He was a coach and active |
13 | board member for Woonsocket Little League, and until his passing, had served as Union |
14 | President of Local 732 and Chairman of the Executive Board of RI State Association of |
15 | Firefighters. He was also the past Vice President of the First District for the RI State Association |
16 | of Firefighters and an active member of the Firefighters Relief Association; and |
17 | WHEREAS, There were few things that Mr. Henault enjoyed more than time spent with |
18 | his family, particularly attending his children's sporting and school events, being a Firefighter, |
19 | and hanging with his friends, hunting and reminiscing about his Marine days; and |
20 | WHEREAS, Jeffrey Henault is gone from sight, but will never vanish from the hearts of |

1 | those who knew and loved him dearly, and were fortunate to have shared his life; now, therefore |
2 | be it |
3 | RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations |
4 | hereby expresses our deepest sympathies on the passing of Jeffrey R. Henault; and be it further |
5 | RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to |
6 | transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Andrea Henault and Family. |
