1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 205
2	passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved May 1, 2018, entitled
3	"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and Evaluate the Impact
4	of 'Project Sustainability' in the State of Rhode Island" and as extended by resolution No. 170
5	passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved March 26, 2019, entitled
6	"Senate Resolution Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative
7	Commission To Study and Evaluate the Impact of 'Project Sustainability' in the State of Rhode
8	Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before
9	October 30, 2019, and said commission shall expire on December 31, 2019; and be it further
10	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 205 passed by the
11	Senate at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved May 1, 2018, and as extended by
12	resolution No. 170 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved March
13	26, 2019, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to
2	study and evaluate the impact of "Project Sustainability" in the State of Rhode Island, from June
3	30, 2019, to October 30, 2019, and said commission would expire on December 31, 2019.
