RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph R. |
2 | Paolino, Jr., may join Kara Elizabeth Paolino Marchionte and Adam Hayden in marriage within |
3 | the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about April 4, 2020. Joseph R. Paolino, Jr., is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
