It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 23-17 of the General Laws entitled "Licensing of Health-Care |
2 | Facilities" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 23-17-65. Annual rating system of dementia and Alzheimer care facilities. |
4 | The department of health shall establish an annual online rating system of dementia and |
5 | Alzheimer care facilities within the state. Said rating system shall be made available to the public |
6 | and placed on the department's official website. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
