It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Kelley |
2 | O’Neel may join Erin Elizabeth Webster and Max Thomas Shaller in marriage within the Village |
3 | of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, on or about October 3, 2020. Kelley O’Neel is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
