	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable Renee Dupuis, Associate Justice, Massachusetts Superior Court, may join Amy Ball and
3	Marc Dupuis in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about September 12,
4	2020. The Honorable Renee Dupuis is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing
5	persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws,
6	entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
