RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Christopher Blazejewski may join the Honorable Lauren Carson and Guy E. Cummings |
3 | in marriage within the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about September 25, 2020. The |
4 | Honorable Christopher Blazejewski is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing |
5 | persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, |
6 | entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
