	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Jonathan
2	Silva may join Angela Elena Silva and John McVey Tully in marriage within the Town of Westerly,
3	Rhode Island, on or about September 18, 2020. Jonathan Silva is hereby authorized and
4	empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter
5	3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
