RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 31-3 of the General Laws entitled "Registration of Vehicles" is |
2 | hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 31-3-121. Police chief emeritus - Richard J. Tamburini. |
4 | The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a |
5 | special registration plate for the motor vehicle of the former police chief of the town of Johnston, |
6 | Richard J. Tamburini. This plate is to bear the identification "Police Chief Emeritus", along with |
7 | an appropriate designation number imprinted on it and shall be furnished without additional |
8 | registration charge for such period of time as Richard J. Tamburini may desire. |
9 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
