     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 423

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved June 28, 2019, entitled

"Senate Resolution creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Impact of Insurer

4

Payments on Access to Health Care" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report

5

to the Senate on or before May 31, 2020, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2020; and

6

be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 423 passed by the

8

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved June 28, 2019, be and the same is hereby

9

rescinded.

     This resolution extends the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative

commission to study the Impact of Insurer Payments on Access to Health Care, from January 31,

2020, to May 31, 2020, and said commission would expire on June 30, 2020.
