RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Daniel P. |
2 | Hamlin may join the Honorable Andrew W. Moore and Raúl Iriarte in marriage within the Town |
3 | of Little Compton, Rhode Island, on or about September 12, 2020. Daniel P. Hamlin is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 1. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
