	RELATING TO PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE TOWN OF BURRILLVILLE

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Any public notice required to be published by the town of Burrillville may
2	be published in any newspaper in general circulation within the municipality or other designated
3	platform selected by the Burrillville town council, which may be reasonably demonstrated to reach
4	a larger portion of the population within such municipality, than a newspaper in general circulation.
5	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

	BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

1	This act would allow the town of Burrillville to publish any public notice in a newspaper
2	within the municipality or any other platform selected by the Burrillville town council.
