RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Joshua Miller may join Robin Ann Dionne and Bernard John Mansuetti in marriage |
3 | within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about October 11, 2020. The Honorable Joshua |
4 | Miller is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to |
5 | and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 1. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
