It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert D. |
2 | Oster, Esq., may join Jessica Rincon and Michael Dunk in marriage within the Town of North |
3 | Providence, Rhode Island, on or about August 28, 2021. Robert D. Oster, Esq., is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
