It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 23-12 of the General Laws entitled "Cancer" is hereby amended by |
2 | adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 23-12-5. Childhood cancer reporting. |
4 | The department of health shall collect and disaggregate data on childhood cancer within |
5 | the state’s comprehensive cancer control program. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
