RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Diane |
2 | Louise Ricciardi may join Vanessa Rose DiPilato and Nicholas Landmark Nybo in marriage within |
3 | the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about June 24, 2023. Diane Louise Ricciardi is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance |
5 | with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
