	LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A
	PLAN AND THE DESIGN OF A VIETNAM MEMORIAL TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY

1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 237
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved April 13,
3	2022, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to study and make
4	recommendations for a plan and the design of a Vietnam Memorial to be located in the City of
5	Providence, Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the
6	House of Representatives on or before January 31, 2025, and said commission shall expire on
7	April 30, 2025; and be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 237 passed by the
9	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved April 13, 2022, be and
10	the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the commission to
2	study a plan and the design of a Vietnam Memorial in Providence, from January 31, 2023 to
3	January 31, 2025, and said commission would expire on April 30, 2025.
