It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 28-14 of the General Laws entitled "Payment of Wages" is hereby |
2 | amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 28-14-32. List of salary ranges. |
4 | Employers in Rhode Island with thirty (30) or more employees shall be required to list |
5 | competitive salary ranges on their job postings on the company's hiring page or third-party websites |
6 | such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed or other job boards. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
