It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 72 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
2 | to Property – Mortgage Foreclosure and Sale--Mediation Conference" is hereby amended to read |
3 | as follows: |
4 | Section 2. This act shall take effect sixty (60) days following passage, and shall expire on |
5 | July 1, 2023 July 1, 2026. |
6 | SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 73 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
7 | to Property – Mortgage Foreclosure and Sale--Mediation Conference" is hereby amended to read |
8 | as follows: |
9 | Section 2. This act shall take effect sixty (60) days following passage, and shall expire on |
10 | July 1, 2023 July 1, 2026. |
11 | SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
