It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 32-1 of the General Laws entitled "General Provisions" is hereby |
2 | amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 32-1-22. Gold Star families. |
4 | No entrance fee shall be charged to any person who is a Gold Star family member at any |
5 | recreational facility owned and operated exclusively by the state, except for docking slips; |
6 | provided, however, proper identification is presented as prescribed by the department of |
7 | environmental management. |
8 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
