CONGRATULATING GRACE BOLDUC ON HER RETIREMENT FROM THE STATE OF

RHODE ISLAND AS A PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT AFTER THIRTY-THREE

YEARS OF DEDICATED AND DISTINGUISHED SERVICE

     WHEREAS, Grace Bolduc, a graduate of Newbury College, began her distinguished

2

medical professional career in 1984, serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Summit

3

Medical Center, working at the Inpatient Center and in geriatrics services. She then proceeded to

4

work at Roger Williams Hospital, Chery Hill Manor, South County Nursing Center, Lafayette

5

Nursing Home and Bay Tower VNA, in geriatrics and orthopedics, before she began working for

6

the State; and

7

     WHEREAS, For the past thirty-three years, Grace Bolduc has served her patients at the

8

Chief Judge Robert F. Arrigan Rehabilitation Center with tireless devotion and an abundance of

9

cheerful optimism. She is widely admired by her peers and her many patients; and

10

     WHEREAS, In her position as a Physical Therapy Assistant and as a clinical team

11

member, she has helped thousands of Rhode Islanders reach their maximal functional ability as

12

she assisted them on their journey back to work. She has always consistently provided superb

13

physical therapy services, strong patient moral support, and skillful job coaching; now, therefore

14

be it

15

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island hereby

16

congratulates Physical Therapy Assistant Grace Bolduc on her retirement on March 31, 2023, and

17

thanks her for the high-quality physical therapy and health care she provided all of her patients.

18

We furthermore wish her a most happy and healthy retirement and continued success in all of her

19

future endeavors; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

2

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Ms. Grace Bolduc.
