It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Scott |
2 | Woolhouse, Sr., may join Nikole P. Meabe and Jeffrey V. Ferzoco in marriage within the Town of |
3 | North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about October 13, 2023. Scott Woolhouse, Sr., is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance |
5 | with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
