It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Gregory A. |
2 | Mancini, Esq., may join Semra Beric and James Silvia-Chandley in marriage within the City of |
3 | Newport, Rhode Island on or about October 22, 2023. Gregory A. Mancini, Esq., is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance |
5 | with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
