RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Brian Rea may join Monique Diana Belisle and Angelo Anthony Riccitelli in marriage |
3 | within the Town of Exeter, on or about August 18, 2023. The Honorable Brian Rea is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance |
5 | with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
