It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert |
2 | Louis DiMuccio may join Paula Marie Fortin and Cosimo Anthony D'Elia III, in marriage within |
3 | the Town of Smithfield, on or about July 1, 2023. Robert Louis DiMuccio is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
5 | 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
