S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF MICHAEL J. SEPE

     WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this Senate has learned of the sudden and tragic

2

passing of Michael Sepe, the loving father of Adrianna and Michael Sepe; and

3

     WHEREAS, Known by all as “Mike”, Mr. Sepe was born in the City of Providence, a

4

son of Michael and Catherine Sepe, and the beloved brother of Adam Sepe and his wife, Marisa,

5

and Natasha Sepe and her wife, Megan; and

6

     WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, siblings, and children, Mr. Sepe was a beloved

7

nephew, and a cherished uncle to Adam Sepe, Jr., Brielle Sepe, Alexander Sepe and Genevieve

8

Sepe; and

9

     WHEREAS, A talented and hard-working man, Mr. Sepe was the President of Sole

10

Source Construction, and the Vice President of Northeastern Tree Service; and

11

     WHEREAS, Mike Sepe was an amazing and charismatic person who during difficult

12

times was always quick with a kind word, a job offer, or a few dollars to help family and friends

13

or those down on their luck; and

14

     WHEREAS, Described by his many friends as “the most generous person I have ever

15

known”, a truly good person, and a wonderful friend who had “a big smile” an “infectious

16

personality”, and as a kind and caring man with a big heart, who was “2nd to no one”; and

17

     WHEREAS, To Mike Sepe, nothing was more important than family and loyalty. He

18

was a “genuine guy” who brightened any room he entered and whose life and memories of good

19

times shared with him will be cherished and never forgotten; now, therefore be it

20

     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island hereby expresses its deepest

and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Michael J. Sepe; and be it further

2

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

3

transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to Michael S. Sepe, Catherine Sepe, Adrianna

4

Sepe, and Michael L. Sepe.
