	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Socrates
2	Barbosa may join Theresa Matos Agonia and Alexander David Miller in marriage within the City
3	of Warwick, on or about July 15, 2023. Socrates Barbosa is hereby authorized and empowered to
4	join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of
5	the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
