(1) Page 1, line 14, by deleting the word and number "fifteen (15)" and inserting in place thereof the word and number "sixteen (16)";
(2) Page 1, line 16, by deleting the second word and number "three (3)" appearing on said line, and inserting in place thereof the word and number (4)";
