2. On page 2, line 31, delete the words "and parole" and insert in lieu thereof the following language, "and shall not be eligible for parole until the person has served three-fourths of the sentence imposed or thirty years, whichever comes first".

3. On page 3, line 12, delete the words "or parole" and insert in lieu thereof the following language, "and shall not be eligible for parole until the person has served three-fourths of the sentence imposed or thirty years, whichever comes first".
