1. On page 2, delete line 25 and insert in lieu thereof the following language: "(3) The reason for the stop;".
2. On page 3, line 8, delete the words "January 1, 2001" and insert in lieu thereof the words "January 16, 2001".
3. On page 3, line 20, delete the words "twenty
(20) months" and in lieu thereof the words "twenty-four (24) months".
4. On page 3, line 21, delete the words "twenty-four (24) months" and insert in lieu thereof the words "twenty-eight (28) months".
5.
