The House of Representatives meets at the State House in Providence, Wednesday, February 13, 2002, and is called to order at 4:08 o'clock P.M., by the Honorable John B. Harwood, Speaker.
The roll is called and a quorum is declared present with 89 members present and 11 members absent as follows:
The Honorable Speaker presents Representative Fleury, who delivers the Invocation and leads the membership in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

CORRECTION
By unanimous consent, the House Journal of Tuesday, February 12, 2002, is hereby corrected on page 3, column 1, by deleting lines 16 and 17, and inserting:
(02-S 2473) An Act authorizing the town of Lincoln to issue general obligation bonds and notes in an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 for the acquisition of land for a new middle school and school facilities, the construction of a new middle school and additions to existing schools, and the renovation, rehabilitation, repair, improvements, furnishing and equipping of schools and school facilities, and the school administration building in the town.
