The House of Representatives meets at the State House in Providence, Wednesday, January 29, 2003, and is called to order at 4:15 o'clock P.M., by the Honorable William J. Murphy, Speaker.
The roll is called and a quorum is declared present with 71 members present and 4 members absent as follows:
ABSENT - 4: Representatives Costantino, Lowe, Palumbo, San Bento.
Representative Fox rises and requests a moment of silence for the speedy recovery of Representative San Bento.

On page 1, line 9, by deleting the word and figure "four (4)" and inserting in place thereof the word and figure "two (2)".
On page 1, line 16, by deleting the word and figure "four (4)" and inserting in place thereof the word and figure "two (2)".
