"
No police officer so disabled and receiving benefits shall engage in similar employment with any other law enforcement agency. No police officer so disabled shall qualify for benefits under this section if that officer is engaged in alternative employment at a compensation equal to or greater than three (3) times the amount of the pension benefits to which he or she is entitled to under this chapter."(2) On page 2, lines 4 through 6, by deleting all language thereon.
