I hereby move to amend (98-H 7464) (Substitute "A") entitled ''AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES" as follows: On page 2, line 28, add the following language after the words "six (6) months," add the following language: "or three months, and possesses a certificate from a certified driving school, or three (3) months and possesses an affidavit by a supervised driver that the person has had a minimum of fifty (50) hours of experience behind the wheel or".
