I hereby move to amend (98-S 2288) entitled "AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION SALES AND USE TAXES - LIABILITY AND COMPUTATION", as follows:

1. On page 7, line 16 following the word "shall", delete the words "be limited to the cost of the special adaptations and installation up to" and insert in place thereof the words "mean a use tax credit not to exceed"; and

2. On page 7, line 17 before the insert exclusive of any adaptations. The use tax credit shall be equal to the cost of the special adaptations, including installation thereof'.
