1. On page 3, line 2 delete the word "on" after the word "printed" and insert in lieu thereof the words "no smaller than".

2. On page 4, after line 14 insert the following language.

27-10.4-6.1 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. - Any person who acts as an insurance claim adjuster, other than for life and accident and health insurance, without holdng of a current valid license therefor as herein provided, or shall act in any manner in the negotiation of any insurance claim agreement in violation of any provision of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than three (3) months or both for each offense. In addition, the insurance commissioner shall be empowered to revoke or suspend any license issued hereunder for the violation of this chapter.
