3. "Intimidate" shall mean to place a person in reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm to him or herself.

4. "Physical obstruction" or "physical obstructing" shall mean rendering a public walkway impassable to ingress or egress from a facility or a place of religious worship by use of tangible physical means or by use of means designed to intimidate another person.

5. "Tangible physical means" shall mean the use of an object or objects capable of being touched.";
