Goyette of Pawtucket, a recent graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he has been honored with the Army Achievement Medal for his work with the Special Olympics and receiving the Computer Science Department Award for Perserverance as well as having his final computer science design project chosen as the top design project for 1998.
Joining Lt. Goyette are his parents, Richard and Joan Goyette of Pawtucket, his fiancee Stephanie A. Meadows of Waltham, Massachusetts, whom he will wed on July 11, 1998, along with many other family members and friends.
The entire Senate joins in extending congratulations and best wishes to Lt. Goyette on his many achievements and all that the future may bring to him.
